Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and/or limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect sizing, or shipping delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at DaxterandCompay@Gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, at our sole discretion, determine if a replacement will be issued.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping address and product selections, are correct before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.
